In partnership with the Coastal & Heartland National Estuary Program (CHNEP), CCS will analyze water quality trends and develop a web-based data visualization dashboard for the CHNEP Water Atlas. The public-facing Shiny dashboard will allow users to explore water quality changes within the harbor and its watershed over time, highlighting locations where conditions have substantially improved or declined. The project is led by CCS Director Dr. Christine Angelini and postdoctoral associate Dr. Miles Medina and represents progress toward CCS’ goal of improving access to environmental data and analysis throughout Florida.
