Paul Silverglate, Vice Chair and US Technology Sector Leader at Deloitte, recently joined the CCS Advisory Board. Paul has over 32 years of professional experience serving companies headquartered in Silicon Valley and around the world. He also leads Deloitte’s Risk and Financial Advisory practice for the Technology, Media & Telecommunications industry, and serves as a lead client service partner for a select number of Deloitte’s most strategic global clients. Paul specializes in leadership development, change management, and large-scale business transformation.

Paul is conversationally fluent in German and gained direct international experience by working for in the Deloitte Switzerland practice for two years. He worked for 10 years as a CPA in Deloitte’s Advisory & Assurance practice assisting both publicly held and privately-owned companies in their annual audits, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, securitizations, and various other transactions.

Paul is a University of Florida alumnus and has CPA certification in California and Georgia. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Jennifer (also a UF alumnus), and has two daughters, Hannah and Taryn. Paul enjoys travelling, cooking, hiking, spending time with family, and the shore in Pacific Grove, CA.

Paul brings his decades of experience in leadership development, business transformation and understanding of the technology ecosystem to the Center for Coastal Solutions and will help integrate and accelerate these solutions to solve the complex challenges in our coastal systems.
